This Journal has no submission fees, publication fees or page charges. Therefore, Insight: Cambodia Journal of Basic and Applied Research (CJBAR) seeks high-quality manuscripts. Authors should not have barriers to publishing their manuscripts at Insight: Cambodia Journal of Basic and Applied Research (CJBAR) when they have no funds to cover the article processing charge (APC). The Journal aims to establish a scholar forum that brings together policymakers, planners, practitioners, researchers, from all domains, and geographies aligned to the RUPP’s teaching and learning disciplines.

Submitted papers to Insight: Cambodia Journal of Basic and Applied Research (CJBAR) should be well formatted and in good English or Khmer. The Research Office of the RUPP covers the cost of the peer-reviewed process, English editing, and printing of the Journal. The author is responsible for translating the abstract from English into Khmer if they are not a native Khmer speaker. Authors may use their own English copyediting service before submission or during author revisions or publication. Good languages help to speed up the acceptance and publication process.
