Publication Ethics
Insight: Cambodia Journal of Basic and Applied Research (CJBAR) requires authors to adhere to the ethical standards required of researchers and scientific writing. Specifically, the Journal requires all authors to adhere to the ethical standards prescribed by the COPE: Committee on Publication Ethics | Promoting integrity in scholarly research and its publication. The Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) brings together all those involved in its publication and academic research to strengthen education, network of support, and debate in publication ethics.
Authorship
Authors should be in order due to contribution and work. Including a person who does not meet authorship requirements as specified by the editorial policy or excluding someone who meets the provision violates the Journal's ethical conditions.
Plagiarism
The Journal considers plagiarism a serious offense. Submitted manuscripts must be the original works of the authors. Insight: Cambodia Journal of Basic and Applied Research (CJBAR) uses Grammarly to detect plagiarism and suggests replacements for the identified errors. The Journal will follow COPE guidelines in alleged cases of plagiarism.
